Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Neaman is a licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois and Florida and a Diplomate with the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (ACBT). She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colgate University and her Doctoral degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her postdoctoral fellowship was at NorthShore University Health System, where she focused on working with adults with OCD and other anxiety disorders. She has served on the Board of the National Social Anxiety Several for many years, serving as Co-Chair for two years. She has presented several times at national conferences on topics related to social anxiety, OCD, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She is active in professional organizations and local consultation groups.

Since 2010, she has specialized in treating adults with OCD and anxiety disorders using ERP and other evidence-based treatments such as ACT and Mindfulness. She is also passionate about working with clients with insomnia and have advanced training in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I) from the University of Pennsylvania’s Behavioral Sleep Medicine training program. Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Rahan Ali is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing services to a variety of populations. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Bowling Green State University and completed his internship at University of Cincinnati, where he specialized in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. He completed a clinical fellowship at Northeastern Illinois University and a teaching fellowship at Penn State University. He has worked in numerous settings and has extensive training in cognitive-behavioral and exposure-based treatments. Dr. Ali also taught for several years in the psychology departments at University of Pennsylvania and Penn State University and has won multiple awards for his teaching and training. He regularly offers presentations on anxiety and other mental health topics, and he enjoys educating the public as well as training other therapists. Dr. Ali is a member of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT), and the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF).

Nicole Bosse, PsyD
Nicole Bosse, PsyD
Psychologist
Dr. Bosse is a staff psychologist and a member of the OCD and Anxiety team at the Lindner Center of HOPE. She also serves on the Board for OCD Midwest. Dr. Bosse provides psychological services for outpatients. Her area of expertise consists primarily of Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Dr. Bosse obtained her Doctorate of Psychology at Xavier University in 2014. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship in clinical psychology at the Lindner Center of HOPE where she provided individual therapy on the adult and adolescent residential unit, specifically focusing on OCD, social phobia, and other anxiety disorders. She served as a consultant regarding the treatment of OCD and educated the staff on how to implement ERP on the units.
